Hello Kaushik,

It is difficult to predict your exact admission possibilities for NIT's or the exact qualifying marks as the exam is being conducted twice in multiple session, The final NTA scores will be used to rank the candidates.

You can use this formula to calculate your expected rank-

874469 are the number of candidates appeared for the January exam. So rank formula is (100- your total score) * 874469 / 100.

If the number of candidates for April exam increased to 1400000 then your final rank shall be (100- your total score) * 1400000/100

You can also check your admission possibility with the given below JEE Main college predictor.

Moreover your catagory will play a major role in your selection.

You belogs to OBC catagory so you might get into NIT.

Hope this helps.

Hello Candidate,
You able to get NIT,IIIT with help of state quota but chances of CSE,IT branch are less.To fetch seat you should choose other branches of engineering and with help of state quota you able to get NIT.
This assumption is as per Jan Jee may be after April Jee assumptions may be different.

Hello Vaibhav,
As most of government college of bihar take admission on the basis of BCECE  marks.
You have option of either fill non core branches of NIT patna or NIT of north east but candidate chances are less.
If you able to achieve 2-4 percentile more than definitely you able to achieve more good NIT in a core department.
You should go for April Jee main.
To increase your percentile you should do model question paper with revision of concepts. It will help you to increase your percentile in a limited time period.
