Hello there,
9100 is a good rank in GITAM 2020. With this rank you have fair chances of getting CSE. The exact cut-off ranks cannot be said as it changes depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of students appearing in it. But, even if you don't get CSE, you can easily get any other branch like ECE, IT, EE and so on. You may or may not get CSE, but you should give it a try.
