Hello aspirants
Your marks in JEE main is enough to fetch bit sindri.
But your question suggest that we have an ambition to crack iit.
You can surely go for drop but for that be ready to handle the pressure. If you can positively handle it than you can take a drop but if your are satisfied with your current marks and you want to save 1 year than you can also go with bit sindri.
It is also a very good and reputed college which take admission through jcece but consider the marks of jee mains.

Dear candidate, 

You got fair marks in the jee main examination but less marks in jee advanced.As far as opting is preferred if you aim is IIT or any other good government engineering college then you should take a drop,work hard and they get good result and get into your dream college.

But if you think that you would it be able to take a drop and study those things again and you are satisfied with BIT SINDHRI then go for it.It is also a very good college.
