As per your question, as you mentioned your EWS open category . Also  as per thier rules 75 percent weightage is given to EAMCET and 25 percent weightage is given to IPE score. Total marks scored in both of these should tell your estimated predicted rank.

So as per your marks 94 and 578 respectively, your total score would be around 68.15.And as per this score your expected rank would be around 2.7k to 3k.
