For admission in to Engineering in Madhya Pradesh is based on All India Rank (overall) in JEE Main. In 2020 MP BE counselling round 1 the cut off rank for OBC  category to get admission in to Shri G.S. Institute of Technology & Science, Indore in Computer Science Engineering was 16598 (AIR) and in round 2 the cut off rank was 34582. Based on the previous year cut off it is difficult to get seat in the preferred college and branch.
