No! It is difficult to get CSE in sastra University with your points. Sastra university has a lot of applications around the India

It will take admissions based on 2 streams.

stream 1 - Through jee-main and +2 score

stream 2 - only by your +2 score.

There will be a lot of students from andhra pradesh who has there +2 points greater than 9.8.

So, it is difficult for you to get CSE.
