In recent years, the overall closing rank for B.Tech admissions at JNTUK has reached around 89,000. This means your rank is within the eligible range for admission. However, competitive branches like Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), and Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) usually close at much lower ranks, often below 8,000 for the general category. Therefore, it is unlikely that you will secure a seat in these top branches at the main campus with your current rank.
