Hey Samar saurabh, as this is first time when the IPU is considering the CLAT rankings for the admission instead of their own entrance exam. So we can't say anything about the cut-off. But as 85% seats are reserved for Delhi students, so the cut off will be slightly higher for outsiders. It can be expected around 4000-5000. It's only an estimated data, and nothing can be said exactly

Hello student I'm really sorry to inform you that with this rank you can't get admission in ipu as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on category rank.
