I know how it feels when the person who got less marks than us still gets an admission in the college we expected we did get,but then everything goes wrong.we feel so annoying right?

Well,Kalikiri is a town in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh state.So the reason behind this scene might be that he belongs to the same state and you are from a differnet state(non-local).

Or the reason might be that,the other person belongs to a caste which claims reservation more than you.
