To get free seat through EAMCET you need to appear in EAMCET and qualify in it.Candidates who secure a rank in top 10,000 irrespective of their category will get free seat.So your rank must be in top 10,000 to get a free seat.As 25% IPE marks and 75% marks are considered to allot a rank you need to score 140+ marks in EAMCET to get such rank.
