I got b.e. chemical goa in the first iteration of bits 2018.can i get eee/eni in second iteration of bits 2018??

It depend on the current situation / seat / marks scored as per the branch you wish to go. If you fulfill all these criteria then you have the better chances to upgrade your branch.
