Looking at previous year and their cutoff in the 4th round, There isn't much of a change. If you could tell me what rank was the closing rank for round 3 in the sc category for the btech course you wanted, maybe i can look deeply into it, However if you missed a seat is round 3 by 10-15 ranks then hold on you will get a seat in round 4 in that btech course.
