I can provide you 2016, 2017 and 2018 Opening Ranks (OR) and Closing Ranks (CR) of IIT, Kharagpur for SC category candidates, so you can get a clear idea.

In 2016, after Round 6-

OR- 1,381 and CR- 1,845 (4-Year B.E./B.Tech)

In 2017, after Round 7-

OR- 1,444 and CR- 1,852 (4-Year B.E./B.Tech)

In 2018, after Round 7-

OR- 1,333 and CR- 1,886 (4-Year B.E./B.Tech)

Therefore, you need a rank below 1,900 to be able to pursue B.Tech in IIT, Kharagpur if you belong to SC category.
