I got coll. Through uptu in first round is BBDU lucknow.... can i get college DBRAU agra... in sec. Round.

It depends upon your rank and category, but if you're saying you got a call from BBDU I think you'll manage to get admission into Dr. BR Ambedkar university as according to its previous year's cutoff stats the closing rank for CSE was around 92496 and for ECE it was 97938 but the cutoffs may differ this time because back in 2016 the closing rank for CSE was 43453 so we can't be absolutely sure about the closing ranks.

My general rank about 90000 and obc rank about 30000.
