The rank which you have mentioned is a decent one but your EWS rank is good and you can definitely apply you are willing to but getting top colleges in this particular rank would not be possible because of the higher cutoffs for top colleges but definitely you will find more options in medium level colleges and also if you do proper research regarding admission than definitely you can even get in some good colleges as well so you have to search wisely and also you can use the below given link to check the colleges where you have chance of getting admission hence the link is:
