In this type of situation when you have got your upper preference you do not have choice to go to your lower preference under normal conditions,
I mean you can not get your 10th choice.
You have one option that when the 3rd counseling will over then there is further rounds to fill the vacant seat in every college.
Then during round 4 you can again choose your choices in the way you want and the seat will be alloted accordingly. Mostly all college participate in round 4 so there is large possibility of getting the seat you want if your rank is good.

It's too late now to do anything as the choices are filled according to your priority order and if you have gotten your first choice then you can not go back to the 10th choice of yours, you should have been carefull at the time of choice filling.
