According to previous year cutoffs of various IITs, with 569 marks in GATE 2020 your rank would be above 1500, so it will be very difficult to get any course in any IITs as usually the seats of all course are filled by 600-700 rank.
You might not get any NITs also because for them ypu need below 1000 rank.
However the cutoffs keep changing every year and it is difficult predict. Though you might opt for private colleges which take GATE score for admission.
