I got MSc (Chemistry) in BITS Goa Should I continue with CSE in MIT Pune or go for BITS.

That's totally depends on your interest that which course you want to pursue.

If we compare the scope of both the courses and college then you should continue with your CSE in MIT Pune.

If we compare the course than CSE has more demand in terms of job and placements and if we compare the colleges than MIT Pune is good college than BITS Goa campus as it has overall good ratings and placements.
