Hello Rus, sure. You can easily get CSE at BITS Goa with 363 marks in BITSAT 2019. Cutoff scores for 2018 in BITS Goa was 347, BITS Pilani was 378, BITS Hyderabad was 334. even if the trend changes this year, I don't think it will go above 363. I am pretty sure that you will get CSE at BITS Goa very easily.

But the cutoff for 2016 was 358 and that is too close for comfort. Is there even a remote possiblity for me to miss the cutoff by a few marks?

I gave BITS in 2016 only. the cutoffs were higher at our time. I have kept following BITSAT every year and I have noticed a decline in cutoff compared to 2016. It's your risk to take. if you want to play safe then you can apply for CSE in goa campus too. I can't say for sure but I can at least say that you would be damn unlucky if cutoff goes above your marks because I don't think it will. but again, that's not 100% final.
