363 is a good rank in OJEE if its your general rank.And Considering  the previous year cutoffs and your OJEE rank , you have good chances of getting a seat in government colleges. But the cutoffs are different for different branches , and you haven't mentioned your prefered branch. so ,uts hard for me to predict the college without knowing the branch.
