I got seat in SVU Tirupati in first phase of counseling.in second counseling i got JNTU anatapur.by ignoring 2nd phase,can I go to first one

Hello Aspirant! 

If you didn't put the seat you acquired in the first phase of counselling on hold, or if you didn't complete the initial registration process for admission into the college acquired in first phase of counselling, then I am afraid, you cannot take admission into the college, you got in the first round of counselling, anymore. 

As you mentioned, you have given self- reporting. So if you haven't cancelled your admission from there yet, then you can still join that college.
