HEllo Dear,

If Govt. declare 4090 rupees to pay then you not need to pay extra fees for that, you got a seat under SNQ quota that fees are 4090 rupees.

the government will be paying you 4090/- .but you will have to pay the remaining amount required for admission in the respective college by yourself .
