Both the NMIT Bangalore and UPES Dehradun are best in class universities for BTech CSE but they have few differences:

UPES is significantly costlier with total fees around INR 10,00,000 as compared to around INR 7,00,000 for NMIT excluding hostel charges for both colleges.
