As per my perspective based on your ranking in kcet, and it might be tough for you to get into the best college in karnataka, but via management quota you can get a decent branch in any private college by paying a slightly higher fee than usual based on your ranking and you must also pick the best college depends on various parameters including college cutoffs, seats available, stream selection.
