You can see the eligibility criteria for IMU CET 2020

• Candidates should have cleared class 12th with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.

• Candidates should have secured at least 50% marks in English.

• Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories will have relaxation in marks but there will not be any relaxation in English.

So you fulfill the threshold criteria, so you are good to go.

Yes you can go for IMU CET as it's eligibility criteria is :-

1. You should have age between 17 to 25 for general category.

2. You should have scored more than 60% aggregate percentage in PCM subjects and must have PCM and English as you subjects.

3. You should have scored more than 50 % in English paper .

So as you told you have 69% you can go for it .
