Never Give up ...of course you are eligible for 2020 JEE examination also you can start civil services examination  preparation there you can become an IAS,IPS,IRS and much bigger then this also no one ask you about your 12th boards marks because if you do comparison between UPSC preparation and Boards Preparation then 12th board subjects contain almost only 0.1% of total volume of subjects in UPSC  Which results that 12th board is nothong in front of UPSC So from now as a  side goal after your boards subjects study you can take this... for eg., 8 hours for your board preparation and 4 hours to UPSC for civil services preparation ..once you become an IAS officer no cares about your 12 th boards result instedly your failure will be motivation for millions then...so once again believe in what u are and NEVER GIVE UP..                                                                                                                                                     Good luck

Hi Anu!!!I am glad to inform you that you can appear for JEE Advanced in 2020 as the JEE exam after the board exams exams will be counted as your first attempt even if you have not given the exam and the next exam as second one and as you said you didn't appear for the exam in 2019 so you can take it in 2020.
