Malla Reddy college of engineering is one of the top colleges to pursue CSE. But if your rank is close to the closing ranks of IARE, CBIT, CVR, VASAVI, VARDHAMAN, VNR it is possible for you to get admission in second phase. I would suggest you to go for second councelling as there is a chance for you to get in a better college. If you dont get in the desired college then you can go with the result of your 1st councelling. All the best
