You must have followed proper guidelines before filling it's application form.You can not edit your any particulars after doing payment for application form.So i will recommend you to contact the concerned authorities from srm university website and tell them your problem.

You can't do anything after submitting the form.

You should contact SRM University help desk. I think, they will guide you what to do..
