RV college of Engineering takes admission through KCET (45% seats) , COMEDK Entrance exam (30% Seats) and Management Quota (25% seats).

To appear in KCET and COMEDK Exam, Candidates need to obtain minimum 45% aggregate marks if belonging to General Category ( 40% marks for reserved category ) so you are eligible to take admission in this college if you get good rank in KCET or COMEDK exam.

Under Management quota, Candidates need to obtain minimum 70% in Maths and Science separately in 10th  Std. and 65% in Maths and Physics subject separately in 11th & 12th Std.
