With 106 marks your rank must be around some 40k this year. According to the cutoff list of last year that is the year 2017 the rank which got into DTU in the first round of counselling with SC quota was 1,30,000. That clearly tells you will easily get into DTU civil engineering.

But still if your rank Is under 20 or 30 their is a probability about 80% of yours that you'll be getting in their.

You can get admission in DTU but in civil branch the chances are 50-50. Wait till cut-off list.
