For outside delhi region people this rank is not too deacent but seeing last year trend you may get a seat my last round of counselling. Chances are very low but you will get seat in spot round of counselling . Last year one of my friend who seured 1976 rank got civil engineering in one of the college and in spot round he again applies and finally got ece.
