ADMISSION

• The basic minimum eligibility for UG courses is 10+2 in Science stream with 50% marks in PCM
• For PG courses, the basic eligibility criteria is a graduate degree in the relevant discipline, and for research programs, post-graduate degree or diploma in the relevant discipline is required 
• BE/BTech candidates are selected on the basis of TNEA counselling.

COURSES OFFERED 

The list of courses offered by Madras Institute of Technology consists of B.Tech, B.E at undergraduate level and M.Tech, M.E, M.Sc at postgraduate level. It also runs M.Phil and Ph.D at doctorate level. The duration of UG programs is 4 years while PG courses consist of 2 years duration. M.Phil is 1-year program and Ph.D is 3 years program.
