I have 223 rank in jee mains paper 2(genera) and scored 64.7 % in 12 th board exam nd 60+ marks in English and maths. will I get spa delhi.

No. As 75% is needed for CBSE for general category and 65% for SC/ST

No it requires at least 45%. So you might be getting SPA,Delhi.
