When it comes to full/part time courses, work experience matters more than percentage and as you have mentioned, you have an experience of 10 years so you can easily get into any full or part time course without much problems. If you have any other queries, please feel free to ask.

He does not want to continue with IIM BG and for diversification of experience wants to choose between IIM Jammu and NIBM. Which one will be better.
