First of all congrats for such a good score ,according to previous years analysis (which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of candidates from general category i am assuming it to be general since you have not mentioned any category, level of difficulty of neet etc etc, also since rank fallout pattern is entirely different this year nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, last year cut off rank for pmc patna was 7142 rank against 552 marks from State quota , so analyising previous years cut off you have good chances of getting pmc patna from state quota.
