First of all vit does not have bsc course,so it does not offer any agricultural course.And vit does not take any donation.You have to attend the counselling based on the viteee entrance exam.They only care if you get above 60% in board exam.I hope i have cleared your doubt.

So try for some other college for the bsc agriculture college.Vit is not for bsc course.

I suggest look for other colleges for bsc agri
