I mean to say in 1st year of college very less around just 3 to 5 students are able to get around 9 pointer in exams. So it will be very tough task to change branch you have to work hard in 1st and 2nd sem exams.

Hi, no you can't get admission in the cet,bhubneswar in cse or it as you rank will be somewhere around 1,80,000 and this is some far away from Cse/It cutoff. Not in 1st round but hope you can get a seat in 3rd round or 4th round.You should apply for mock seat allotment there and have a look what you get.
