If you go through the statistics of the Engineering College SVNIT, Surat cutoffs of various branches I think 88.02 percentile is very much low and expecting admission in this college on the basis of these marks would not be thoughtful if you are from a general category. Still you can go through the JOSSA procedure for admissions and wait for rounds and hope the cutoff to drop upto your rank.

Hello dear!
Since you have secured 88.02 percentile in Jee main. If you are lying under general category then you are not qualified in JEE main because the qualification cutoff for general category is 89.75 percentile.
Also, if you are lying under OBC-ncl category then you will not get a seat in SVNIT Surat due to low rank.
But if you are lying under SC, ST category and possessing home state category then you may get a seat in SVNIT Surat.
