Your percentile is good.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting NIT Surat, but you will have to wait for some rounds and you should not expect higher branches.
You can get higher branches in the lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Goa, NIT Andhra, NITs from North-east,etc.
