If you are not satisfied with the course you have previously taken then for sure you need to change it because eventually it is your decision to go for some other course.

See, you can change your course if the seats are available. Also, you must contact with the DEPARTMENT HOD and college to make the desirable changes. It all depends upon the availability and the accessibility.
