Since TISS Guwahati or for that matter any of its campus do not provide a correction window,I think you have done what was needed by sending them your details. 

Do not try to fill the application form again as that will lead to cancellation of candidature under the multiple applications rule.

So, you have done your bit,wait for the response from TISS
