So i want to know whether those seats would be alloted to the waiting list candidates or they will be left like that?

Hello, hope you are doing well!

Usually no seats go vacant in any college, even if that happens the college reopens its application. If you belong to any of the categories in which the seats are yet to be allotted and you fulfill the cut off & eligibility criterion of the university then you can be allotted the seat.
