Candidates belonging to the creamy layer of OBC are NOT entitled to reservation in any exam and even in neet the reservation is given only to non creamy layer candidates however if you fill the form obC category creamy layer it wont affect your admission process you can participate in the NEET PG counselling process as general category candidates.
