After completing M.Sc Chemistry, if you are interested then you can go for higher studies and pursue PhD. Various jobs are available in private and public sectors after the course.
You can go for teaching. You will have to appear for NET exam.
You can also work in medical laboratories, chemical industries, etc.  Getting a job depends on your knowledge, capabilities and skills.
