Also, on clinical examination it has been found that you are medically fit to undergo the professional course. Certified that you fulfill the following criteria for admission.
Here's how to get your certificate,
visit any nearby hospital and ask them that you require a medical certificate. The doctor in-charge will take some easy tests and will fill your form accordingly.

the medical certificate requirement differs from college to college. some colleges conduct the medical test in their campus upon reporting itself while some ask for medical certificate made before hand.

in the allotment letter you must have found the email id and contact number of the nodal officer. contact him once for the information.
