Hii..
You needigration in the case of Change of University.
Migration Certificate is One of the non objection certificate feom.the university you left & It allows you to join new university.
So If your Both university is Different Then you need Migration certificate compulsary.
If your both Uni is under same Umbrella Then You dnt need To submit migration.
