I have completed my +2 in Andhra Pradesh and I got 10 points. But how will they calculate the cutoff based on these points ???

The colleges generally have a trend of normalizing the marks so as to maintain transparency in the admissions process and also to maintain parity amongst the marks awarded by various boards across the country based on the level of diffculty. So the normalization process is used to arrive at a cut off marks so as to keep all the students at the same level while preparing the final merit list.
