Yes, you are eligible for the course
As to get the CMA certification, you must have membership of IMA and Bachelor's degree from accredited university.
You should have 2 years relevant experience and you must have clear  both parts of the CMA exam
The candidates have to clear both these parts within 3 years of registering for CMA.
