I have domecile of Bihar state but passed 10+2 from maharashtra state so what is my state of eligibility in NEET Form 2019

If you have domicile certificate from Bihar, then your state of eligibility is Bihar. Pursuing +2 from a state is just one of the criteria to be eligible for the domicile of that particular state. But if you already have domicile of one state, you can use that.
