You should know that, there is no effect of caste certificate on the domicile.Caste certificate will be considered separately.As you have caste certificate of UP then your domicile will also ve of UP not of maharstra.As you are interested for the NEET examinations. Then yes you are eligible to give that exam from any of the state from which you can.
